Driving Directions: From Interstate 94 travel North to downtown Alexandria on Hwy. 29 North, which is also Broadway Street. At 6th Avenue turn west. Our building is on your left.

Available Apartments at The Alexson:
 One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments
A one bedroom consists of three 12x12 rooms: kitchen, living room and bedroom, plus a bathroom. It is available either furnished or unfurnished with all utilities included in the cost of rent. All units have decks or access to the courtyard. Two and three bedroom apartments are similar in size. A typical apartment is pictured here.
Studio Apartments
Studio units consist of two 12x12 rooms: kitchen/living room combination and separate bedroom plus bathroom. These apartments are attractively furnished and are ideal for one person.
Efficiency Apartments
Efficiency apartments consist of one 12x12 room with a private bathroom. They are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk/chair, bookcase, closet/wardrobe, nightstand, small refrigerator and TV. A kitchen is shared and has microwave, stove/oven, sink, cabinets, table and chairs and TV. Tenants may use the kitchen to prepare, cook and enjoy their meals. (Ideal for students.)
Courtyard
The Alexson courtyard has a gas barbecue for tenants' use and lounge furniture to enjoy the relaxing and attractive surroundings. Complete with an area designated for the tenants to enjoy fresh cut flowers, it's certain to make you feel at home.
Recreation Room
The Alexson recreation room also opens onto the courtyard and provides additional areas for the tenants to relax and socialize. Exercise equipment is provided as well as tables for cards, games, puzzles, books and magazines, and lounge furniture.

Four large two-bedroom apartments, unfurnished, with a spacious living room, dining room with built-in hutch with leaded glass doors, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. Use of garage with opener included.
The Belmont also offers two furnished efficiency apartments that include utilities.
Laundry facilities and comfortably furnished patio including gas grill and lounge chairs are also available for use by the tenants at The Belmont.
